Tuna Steaks

Directions

1Brush tuna with sesame oil.

2Grill for 3 minutes on each side - will be medium rare on the inside.

3Bring soy sauce and vinegar to simmer. Remove from heat.

4Whisk in butter. Mix in chives.

5Cover plates with fresh spinach leaves and top with tuna.

6Dot fish with wasabi.

7Pass sauce.

2 pounds tuna steaks

1/3 cup sesame oil

1/2 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup rice vinegar

1/2 cup unsalted butter

3 tablespoons chives

spinach leaves

Wasabi
