Directions

1Combine all ingredients and let sit for at least two hours at room temperature.

2Serve over thin slices of french bread (baguette).

Ingredients

4 large tomatoes, seeded and chopped

1 pound Brie with rind removed & cut in pieces

1 cup fresh basil, chopped

3 cloves garlic, finely minced

1/3 cup olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
