Directions

1Beat egg whites, salt, cream of tartar and vanilla until soft peaks form.

2Add sugar gradually, beating until peaks are stiff.

3Fold in chocolate chips.

4Cover cookie sheet with parchment paper or brown paper.

5Drop a teaspoon full of mixture on cookie sheet.

6Bake in a slow oven (300 degrees) about 25 minutes.

Use the tiny chocolate chips

4 egg whites

1/4 teaspoon salt

1/4 teaspoon cream of tartar

2 teaspoons vanilla

1 1/2 cups sugar

12 ounces semisweet chocolate chips
