1Heat oven to 375 degrees. Lightly oil an 8 or 9 inch shallow square baking dish.
2Cut feta into 8 equal slices; arrange in baking dish.
3Drizzle cheese with oil; sprinkle with crushed red pepper, cayenne pepper and oregano. Cover with foil.
4Bake 15-20 minutes or until feta just begins to melt. Sprinkle with parsley.
5Serve hot with lemon wedges.
1 lb Greek feta cheese in a block
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
2 tsp chrushed red pepper
1/2 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tbsp fresh oregano, chopped
3 tbsp fresh Italian parsley, chopped
8 lemon wedges
