Sesame-Crisp Chicken

Directions

1Combine first 8 ingredients in blender or processor and mix well.

2Pour into shallow baking dish.

3Add chicken and turn several times to coat evenly.

4Cover and chill several hours or overnight, turning occasionally.

5Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Grease 9x9 inch baking dish.

6Drain chicken, reserving marinade.

7Arrange in single layer in prepared dish.

8Sprinkle with crushed breadsticks and dot with butter.

9Bake, basting frequently with reserved marinade, until chicken is tender and juices run clear - about 25 minutes.

Ingredients

1/4 cup soy sauce

2 1/2 Tablespoons Sherry

2 Tablespoons oil

2 Tablespoons orange marmalade

1 Tablespoon honey

1 garlic clove, minced

1 1/2 teaspoons sesame oil

1/4 teaspoon hot pepper sauce

2 chicken breasts, skinned and halved

6 3 1/2 inch sesame breadsticks, crushed

2 Tablespoons butter
