Raspberry Sauce

Directions

1Make a simple syrup of the sugar and water.

2Blend or process the berries.

3Add cooled syrup a little at a time just to taste.

4Push mixture through a fine sieve. Serve with fruit.

Unsweetened, frozen berries can be used - almost as good as fresh.

1/2 pint fresh raspberries

1 cup sugar

1/2 cup water
