Mushroom Roquefort Sauce

Directions

1In medium saucepan over low heat, combine cheese, butter, garlic, Worcestershire sauce and caraway seeds.

2Stir until cheese and butter melt.

3Add green onions and mushrooms. Continue cooking for 2-3 minutes.

Serve with a beef tenderloin.

Ingredients

1/4 pound Roquefort cheese

1/2 cup butter

3 cloves garlic, minced

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1/4 teaspoon caraway seed

1/2 cup green onions, chopped

1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced
