Directions

Meat

1Pound veal until very thin and cut into serving size pieces.

2Beat egg well with 1 teaspoon of the seasoning and salt.

3Combine cheese and crumbs.

4Dip veal in beaten egg and then in bread crumb mixture. Place on waxed paper and let stand 30 minutes, allowing coating to dry slightly.

5Brown quickly in heavy frying pan in hot oil.

6Arrange on hot platter and keep warm while making sauce.

Sauce

1Saute mushrooms in pan that was used for meat.

2Combine wine, tomato sauce, and remaining seasoning.

3Pour into pan and simmer for 5 - 10 minutes.

4Pour over veal and serve at once.

May be prepared in advanced and reheated in oven for 30 minutes.

3 teaspoons Spaghetti Sauce Seasoning

1/2 teaspoon salt

1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated

1/4 cup fine dry breadcrumbs

1/4 cup olive oil

Sauce

1/2 cup white wine

1/2 pound mushrooms, sliced

1 8 ounce can tomato sauce
