Honey-Lime Chicken

Directions

1Whisk all ingredients, except chicken, together.

2Put chicken in a nonreactive baking dish and pour marinade over, turning to coat.

3Marinate in refrigerator 4 hours.

4Grill on the bar-b-que in the usual fashion.

5If you like a stickier glaze, mix 2 more tablespoons of honey with 1 more tablespoon of lime juice and brush onto chicken during the last 5 minutes of cooking.

3/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil

1/4 cup lime juice + zest of 2 limes

2 tablespoons honey

1 teaspoon kosher salt

1 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon cayenne

4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned
