1Make a lengthwise cut down center of each tenderloin to 1/4 inch of opposite side; press to open.
2Combine soy sauce, ginger and garlic. Add tenderloins and marinate three hours in refrigerator.
3Stir together brown sugar, honey and sesame oil. Grill tenderloins, basting occasionally with honey mixture. Should take about 20 minutes.
2 pork tenderloins (3/4-pound each)
1/4 cup soy sauce
5 garlic cloves, minced
1/2 tsp ground ginger
2 tbsp brown sugar
3 tbsp honey
2 tsp dark sesame oil
