Directions

1Combine all ingredients except chicken, Remove 1/4 cup to a smaller bowl and refrigerate for later

2Add chicken to the marinade and toss to coat. (Use a plastic bag). Refrigerate for 2-8 hours.

3When you're ready to cook, preheat the grill to medium. Grill the chicken, basting with the set aside marinade. Grill about 15 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked.

Ingredients

1/3 cup ketchup

1/3 cup soy sauce

1/3 cups light brown sugar

2 tbsp rice vinegar

1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce

1 tsp sesame oil - or more to taste

1 tbsp garlic, minced

1 1/2 tbsp fresh ginger, peeled and minced

1 tbsp Sriracha (optional)

3 lbs boneless, skinless chicken thighs (about 9 pieces)
