A quick work day main dish.
1Preheat grill to medium heat. Season chicken with black pepper.
2In a small bowl stir together maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, and thyme.
3Place chicken and marinade in a gallon zip bag. Shake bag until well chicken is well coated.
4Grill chicken for 7-8 minutes on each side or until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees.
You can filet the chicken breast which allows it to cook faster and more evenly.
4 4-oz. chicken breasts, boneless, skinless
1/4 cup maple syrup
2 Tbsp. soy sauce
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 Tbsp. fresh thyme
