A perfect side for roast beef.
1Whip cream until stiff; fold in horseradish, sugar, and lemon juice. Chill in serving bowl for several hours, and sprinkle with chives just before serving.
1 cup cream
3 tablespoons prepared horseradish
2 teaspoons sugar
1 teaspoon lemon juice
chopped chives
