Chicken Monte Carlo

Directions

1Melt butter on low, add sour cream, then cheese. Stir until melted. Add soup and stir until well combined.

2Layer chicken and broccoli; cover with sauce.

3Bake at 350 for 35 minutes. Serve over couscous.

Ingredients

6 chicken breast halves, cooked

2 packages frozen broccoli, slightly cooked

1 tablespoon butter

8 ounces sour cream

10 ounces Velveta cheese, grated

1 can mushroom soup
