Chicken Marsala

Directions

1Combine flour with seasonings. Dredge chicken in flour mixture.

2Heat oil and butter together in a large frying pan. Brown chicken on both sides, add wine. Cover and simmer for 30 minutes or until tender.

3Serve with rice,

4 chicken breasts, boned and skinned

3 tablespoons flour

1/2 teaspoon salt

pepper

oregano

3 tablespoons olive oil

3 tablespoons butter

1/2 cup Marsala wine
