Directions
1Make small slices across the chicken breasts.
2Sprinkle with the herbs and spices. Coat with olive oil and rub into the creases and crevices of the chicken breasts.
3Brown breasts in olive oil
4Removed breasts, add more olive oil. Add onions and garlic. When soft, add mustard, soy sauce, honey and beer
5Return chicken to pan and cooked for 15 minutes
