Cool and remove bean. (Save bean for another day) 2Blend cooled coffee, milk mixture and cream. Freeze. 3To serve, partly thaw until consistency allows pouring into parfait glasses. 4Fill glasses 2/3 full. Top with whipped cream.Serve with a shortbread or butter cookie.
