Directions

1Stir until smooth, thining with a little milk if necessary. Let stand for 15 minutes.

2Pour about 1/4 cup on hot griddle. Turn when bubbles form.

1 1/2 cups flour

3 eggs

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon baking powder, heaping teaspoon

2 tablespoons oil

1 cup buttermilk
