Directions

1Brush bread slices with oil and grill each side until golden. Rub the toasted bread with cut side of garlic clove. Store toasted bread in an airtight container until ready to assemble.

2Combine remaining ingredients and store in a lidded container until ready to assemble.

3To serve, top bread with tomato mixture.

24 slices baguette

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 cloves garlic, halved

6 Roma tomatos, chopped

1/2 medium sweet onion, finely chopped

6 basil leaves, chopped
