Broccoli Souffle

Directions

1Put eggs in blender and whip for a few seconds till well beaten. Add soup and dressing, blend. Then blend in broccoli until well mixed.

2Place in a greased casserole.

3Just before baking sprinkle with about 1 cup of dressing and dot with butter.

4Bake at 400 for 15 minutes, then at 375 for 45 minutes.

Fresh broccoli works well.
Can be made ahead. Refrigerate until time to bake. Remove from refrigerator 30 minutes prior to baking.

Ingredients

2 packages frozen chopped broccoli, cooked and drained

1 can mushroom soup, undiluted

4 eggs

1/2 cup Pepperage Farm dressing

salt and pepper
