Directions

1Combine all ingredients except the meat in roasting pan.

2Add meat.

3Roast 1 hour per pound at 350 degrees.

4Cool & shred meat. Return to pan.

5Add 1 cup catsup & ¼ cup Worchestershire Sauce to meat mixture.

6Reheat.

7Serve on hamburger buns.

Can be reheated many times; add a little water each time.
Freezes well.

Ingredients

4 - 5 lb pot roast

1 Tbsp butter

2 Tbsp brown sugar

½ cup soy sauce

1 cup water

2/3 cup vinegar

2 cloves garlic (crushed)

2 onions, chopped

1 very large can of tomatoes

Tabasco

salt & pepper
