Directions
1In a large bowl, mix eggs, sugar, sour cream, bananas and vanilla until well blended.
2In another bowl, stir together flour, baking powder, baking soda and spices.
3Stir flour mixture into banana mixture just until well blended.
4Scrape batter into a buttered and floured 9-inch square baking pan.
5Bake in a 350 degree oven for 30-35 minutes or until top springs back when gently pressed and a skewer inserted in the center of the cake comes out with moist crumbs attached.
6Dust with powdered sugar before cutting into squares.
