A tangy salsa that goes well with pork tenderloin
1In a medium nonreactive bowl combine all the ingredients.
Best used immediately.
1 large avocado, peeled & diced
2 tablespoons lime juice
zest of lime, chopped
1 tablespoon cilantro, chopped
1 tablespoon tequila
1/4 cup green onions, chopped
1 jalapeno, finely chopped
1/2 cup bell pepper, chopped
salt & pepper
