1In large skillet, melt butter and saute shallots, basil and parsley for 2 -3 minutes.
2Stir in tomatoes and heat to boiling. Cook sauce until reduced by half.
3Add wine and simmer 5 minutes.
4Add crabmeat and simmer 2-3 minutes.
5Remove from heat. Place warm pasta in heated serving dish. Top with sauce.
6Serve with Parmesan cheese.
1/2 pound butter
2 tablespoons shallots, chopped
2 tablespoons fresh basil, minced
2 tablespoons fresh parsley, minced
3 16 ounce can tomatoes, peeled and chopped, drained
1/2 cup dry white wine
1 1/2 pounds crab meat
1 pound angel hair pasta, cooked
