1In a blender or food processor, process ricotta and cream cheese. Add remaining ingredients and continue to process or blend.
2Chill. Serve with fruit. Berries or peaches are best.
8 ounces ricotta cheese
8 ounces cream cheese
2 tablespoons cream
2 tablespoons Amaretto
1/2 cup sugar
4 egg yolks
