Zucchini Casserole

Directions

1Mix together all ingredients, except bread crumbs and butter.

2Put in a greased casserole. Sprinkle bread crumbs over top of casserole and dot with the butter.

3Bake for 30 to 40 minutes in a 325 oven.

Ingredients

2 pounds zucchini, sliced

4 eggs

1/2 cup milk

1 pound jack cheese, cubed

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons baking powder

3 tablespoons flour

1/2 cup parsley, chopped

1 small can green chilies, chopped

bread crumbs

1/2 cube butter
