Wrapped Herb Chicken

Directions

1Place each chicken piece on a large sheet of foil.

2Top each with 1 tablespoon of chopped herbs, 2 tablespoons of lemon juice, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, 1 tablespoon of butter and 1 tablespoon of parsley.

3Fold foil tightly around the chicken. Place "packets" on a cookie sheet. Bake in a 375 degree oven for 30 minutes.

Ingredients

3 whole chicken breasts, skinned, boned and halved

6 tbsp chopped fresh herb (eg. chives, tarragon or chervil)

3/4 cup lemon juice

6 tsp onion powder

6 tbsp butter

6 tbsp fresh parsley
