Vanilla Sauce

Directions

1Combine sugar, flour, butter and cream.

2Bring to a boil over low heat. Cook two or three minutes.

3Add vanilla.

Serve hot over steamed pudding.

2 teaspoons flour

1/2 cup butter

1/2 cup half and half

1/2 teaspoon vanilla
