Tomato Cucumber Marinade

Directions

1Separate onion slices into rings. Layer vegetables in a non-reactive casserole dish.

2Combine the last six ingredients; beat together. Pour over vegetables.

3Chill for several hours or overnight.

Ingredients

2 tomatos, sliced

1 cucumber, peeled & sliced

1/2 onion, sliced

1/2 cup salad oil

1/4 cup white wine vinegar

1 teaspoon salt

1 teaspoon tarragon

1 teaspoon basil

1/8 teaspoon pepper
