Tomato Cream Sauce

A nice tomato sauce for meatballs, salmon or chicken.

Directions

1Melt butter in a medium size sauce pan. Add flour. Cook and stir roux over low heat for 4 minutes.

2Combine broth, sour cream, tomato sauce, lemon juice and salt and pepper to taste.

3Add sauce to roux. Cover and cook mixture over very low heat for 10 minutes. Do not boil

2/3 cup beef broth

2/3 cup sour cream

2/3 cup tomato sauce

2 tbsp lemon juice

2 tbsp butter

1 tbsp flour
