0 Full-screen Stuffed Mushrooms Appetizers December 24, 2016 Prep: 30 mins Cook: 20 mins Yields: Serves 6 Directions 1Wash and dry mushrooms. Remove stems & dice. 2Heat butter in skillet, add stems and onions and saute until tender. 3In mixing bowl combine sour cream, cheese, dill & salt. Add sauteed stems. 4Place mushroom caps in shallow baking dish. 5Fill each cap with sour cream mixture. 6Spread leftover mixture around mushrooms. 7Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.
