Stuffed Mushrooms

Directions

1Wash and dry mushrooms. Remove stems & dice.

2Heat butter in skillet, add stems and onions and saute until tender.

3In mixing bowl combine sour cream, cheese, dill & salt. Add sauteed stems.

4Place mushroom caps in shallow baking dish.

5Fill each cap with sour cream mixture.

6Spread leftover mixture around mushrooms.

7Bake at 425 for 20 minutes.

Ingredients

1/2 pound large mushrooms

1/2 onion, finely chopped

1/2 cup Monterey Jack cheese, grated

1/2 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons butter

1 cup sour cream

1 teaspoon dill weed
