Spinach Pasta with Gorgonzola Sauce

Directions

1Combine the Gorgonzola cheese, milk and butter in a large nonaluminum pan. Place over low heat and stir until smooth

2Add cream and stir until sauce is well blended.

3Add pasta and Parmesan cheese and toss until noodles are evenly coated.

Adding shredded chicken or salmon makes this an excellent main course.

Ingredients

1/4 lb Gorgonzola Cheese, crumbled

1/2 cup mildk

3 tbsp butter

1/3 cup whipping cream

1 lb spinach linguine or spaghetti, cooked al dente

1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
