Directions

1Put melted butter and salad oil in a 9 x 13 inch baking pan.

2Mix together cheese and flour.

3Dip fish in egg and then cheese mixture.

4Place in pan.

5Bake at 425 for 10 - 12 minutes

6 filet of sole

3/4 cup Parmesan cheese

2 tablespoons flour

3 tablespoons butter, melted

3 tablespoons salad oil

1 egg, beaten
