Directions

1Mix all ingredients together. Cover and chill as long as 2 days before serving.

Ingredients

1 quart V-8 or tomato juice

1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped

1/3 cup green onion, thinly sliced

1/4 cup small cooked shrimp

2 tablespoons olive oil

2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

1 tablespoon sugar

1 teaspoon dill weed

1 clove garlic, minced

3 ounces cream cheese, cut in tiny pieces

1 avocado, peeled and diced
