Sesame Salmon

Directions

1Place salmon zip lock bag.

2Add lemon juice, soy sauce, sesame oil, pepper and ginger.

3Seal and refrigerate at least 2 hours.

4Grill 8 minutes a side over hickory chips that have been soaked in water.

5Garnish with lemon wedges.

If using a salmon fillet, you do not need to turn when grilling.

Ingredients

4 salmon steaks or a fillet of salmon

juice of one lemon

1/4 cup soy sauce

1/4 cup sesame oil

1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated

pepper
