Tasty meatballs for brunch or cocktails.

  • Cook: 30 mins
  • Yields: 2 dozen

Directions

1Mix in order given

2Form into small balls.

3Bake in a 350 degree oven for about 30 minutes.

These can be made by hand, but a food processor is a great tool.

 

Ingredients

1 lb sausage (spicy for cocktail parties and mild for brunches)

1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, grated

1 1/2 cups Bisquick
