Sandi’s Sour Cream Enchiladas

Directions

1Brown ground beef

2Add onion and seasonings

3Heat enchiladas sauce but do not boil

4Grate 1/4 lb of the cheese cut the rest into strips

5Dip tortillas into enchilada sauce

6Add a spoonful of the beef

7Add a strip of cheese

8Add a spoonful of sour cream

9Roll up and place seam side down in a baking dish

10Once finished pour remaining sauce over the baking dish

11Spread with remaining cheese and bake at 350 until hot and bubbly
