Directions

1Cook rice, chill.

2Add next 5 ingredients. Mix and chill.

3Stir in other ingredients just before serving.

1 cup uncooked rice

2 cups mayonnaise

2 cups celery, sliced

1 onion, finely chopped

4 teaspoons mustard

1/2 teaspoon salt

4 hard cooked eggs, chopped

8 radishes, sliced

1 cucumber, pared & diced
