Pork Chops

Directions

1Heat oven to 375 degrees. Spray a 13 x 9 inch pan with cooking spray.

2Trim all visible fat from pork chops.

3Place bread crumbs in a shallow dish.

4In another dish combine mustard and lemon juice; blend well.

5Dip both sides of pork chop first in mustard mixture and then in crumbs to coat. Place in pan.

6Bake for 30 to 40 minutes until pork is no longer pink.

7Turn once about halfway through.

4 lean boneless pork chops

1/2 cup dry bread crumbs

3 tablespoons Dijon mustard

3 tablespoons lemon juice
