Directions

1Cook carrots just until tender, drain.

2Saute green pepper and onion in the butter.

3Add all ingredients except carrots. Bring to boil.

4Pour over carrots and chill overnight.

2 pounds carrots, baby

3 tablespoons butter

1 green pepper, chopped

1 medium onion, chopped

1 can tomato soup

1/2 cup salad oil

1 cup sugar

3/4 cup cider vinegar

1 tablespoon prepared mustard

1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce

1 teaspoon salt

pepper

1/2 teaspoon celery seed
