0 Full-screen Lemon Loaf Cakes/Pies December 22, 2016 Prep: 30 mins Cook: 50 mins Yields: One loaf Directions 1Grease a 9 x 5 " loaf pan. 2Beat eggs and sugar together. Add yogurt and oil. Whisk in lemon juice and zest. 3Combine dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Mix together until just incorporated. 4Pour batter into loaf plan. 5 Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until done. Remove from oven and let cool, then remove from pan. 6Make a glaze with 2 cups of powdered sugar and 4-5 Tablespoons of lemon juice. Pour over cooled cake. 7Store in refrigerator.
