Prep: 15 mins Cook: 50 mins Yields: 8 Servings Directions Loaf 1Grease a 9 x 5 " loaf pan 2Beat eggs and sugar together. 3Add yogurt and oil. 4Whisk in lemon juice and zest. 5Combine dry ingredients and add to egg mixture. Mix together until just incorporated. 6Pour batter into loaf plan. Bake in a 350 degree oven for 50 minutes or until done. 7Remove from oven and let cool, then remove from pan Glaze 1Whisk powdered sugar and lemon juice in a bowl. 2Pour over cooled cake.Store in refrigerator.
