Grilled Rack of Lamb

Directions

1Combine garlic, salt, mustard, soy sauce, lemon juice, rosemary, thyme and olive oil. Pour over lamb and marinate in refrigerator 4 hours or up to overnight.

2Preheat grill to medium. Wrap exposed rib bones tightly with foil to prevent burning. Grill 8-10 minutes per side for medium-rare.

1/4 teaspoon salt

2 tablespoons Dijon mustard

1 tablespoon soy sauce

2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice

2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped

1 teaspoon fresh thyme, chopped

1/4 cup olive oil

2 racks of lamb
