Directions

Salsa

1Mix all ingredients, except Pita chips, together. Let sit for several hours.

2Serve with toasted pita chips.

Pita Chips

1Preheat oven to 300 degrees.

2Cut pita rounds into 6 wedges and separate. Place in one layer on cookie sheets. Brush with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, dried dill and paprika.

3Place in oven and turn off the oven. Leave in closed oven until completely cooled, at least 4 hours or, better, overnight.

Ingredients

8 ounces feta cheese, crumbled

1 large tomato, seeded and chopped

3 scallions, thinly sliced

1/2 cucumber, peeled & diced

1/2 cup black olives, sliced

1/4 cup fresh parsley

2 tablespoons fresh oregano, minced

2 tablespoons fresh dill, minced

1/2 cup balsamic vinegar dressing

pepper to taste
