A refreshing soup for a summer evening.

Directions

1Combine all of the above. Store in a glass container. When serving may add chunks of cream cheese and tiny shrimp.

May be doubled. Saves well.

Ingredients

1 cup tomatoes, peeled and chopped

1/2 cup green pepper, chopped

1/2 cup celery, chopped

1/2 cup cucumber, peeled and chopped

3 teaspoons parsley

1 teaspoon chives

1 clove garlic, minced

3 tablespoons tarragon wine vinegar

2 tablespoons olive oil

1 teaspoon salt

1/2 teaspoon pepper

1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce

2 cups tomato juice
