Garlic Butter Chicken Bites with Creamy Parmesan Pasta

Directions

Chicken Bites

1Season the chicken pieces with the salt, pepper, garlic powder and paprika.

2In a large skillet, melt the butter. Add the chicken and cook for 5-7 minutes, turning until golden brown and cooked through. Add minced garlic and cook for another minute until fragrant.

3Transfer the chicken to a plate and keep warm.

Pasta

1Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente.

2Reserve 1/2 cup of the pasta water. Drain the rest of the pasta.

Sauce

1In the same skillet, melt butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and saute until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.

2Add the cream, cheese and Italian seasoning. Stir until cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth. If the sauce is too thick, add some of the reserved pasta water.

3Season with salt and pepper.

4Add the pasta to the sauce, tossing to coat. Add the chicken to the skillet and gently toss everything together. Let simmer for a minute or two to blend the flavors.

5Garnish with parsley and serve with a tossed salad.

1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into bite-size pieces

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp papricka

2 tbsp butter

2 clove of garlic, minced

salt and pepper to taste

Pasta

8 oz. pasta, any type

2 tbsp butter

3 cloves of garlic, minced

cup heavy cream

1 cup Parmesan cheese

1/2 tsp Italian seasoning

salt and pepper to taste

fresh parsley
