1Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease one 9 by 13 inch casserole dish.
2Break cauliflower into florets, place in a steamer and steam until tender. Drain.
3Place cauliflower in casserole dish; gently stir in sour cream and cheese.
4In a saute pan over medium heat, melt butter; add panko crumbs and evenly coat. Sprinkle over cauliflower mixture and bake in preheated oven for 30 minutes.
