Prep: 25 mins Cook: 5 mins Yields: 4 Servings Directions 1In a large skillet combine the beer, the dill sprigs, the parsley, the garlic, and the allspice and bring to a boil. 2Add the shrimp and cook, covered, over moderately high heat for 2 minutes, or until they are pink and just firm. 3Drain the shrimp, refresh them under cold water, and shell them. 4In a bowl toss the shrimp with the snipped dill, the lemon juice, the oil and the pepper. 5Serve the shrimp warm or at room temperature.
