Curry and Wine Sauce Chicken

Directions

1In 12 inch skillet combine 1 cup of water, wine, bouillon, garlic, curry, seasoned salt, and pepper; bring to boiling.

2Add chicken, reduce heat. Cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes or until tender.

3Remove chicken to warm platter.

4Blend cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of cold water. Slowly stir into pan juices. Cook and stir over low heat until bubbly.

5Stir in the mushrooms.

6Pour sauce over chicken and serve.

If using fresh mushrooms, saute in a little butter before adding.

Ingredients

1/2 cup dry white wine

1 teaspoon chicken bouillon granules

1 clove garlic, minced

1 teaspoon curry powder

1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt

1/4 teaspoon pepper

3 chicken breasts, split

2 teaspoons cornstarch

1 3 ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained or 8 ounces of fresh mushrooms
