Cover and simmer 25 to 30 minutes or until tender. 3Remove chicken to warm platter. 4Blend cornstarch and 2 tablespoons of cold water. Slowly stir into pan juices. Cook and stir over low heat until bubbly. 5Stir in the mushrooms. 6Pour sauce over chicken and serve. If using fresh mushrooms, saute in a little butter before adding.
