Cranberry Mint Cocktail

A perfect non-alcoholic punch for Christmas parties.

Directions

1In a blender, whirl together the cranberry juice, mint and cranberry sauce 3 or 4 minutes or until smooth. Pour into a large pitcher and refrigerate.

2When ready to serve add the ginger ale, mixing well.

3Serve very cold.

Ingredients

2 cups cranberry juice

1/4 cup mint leaves, crushed

2 cups jellied cranberry sauce

4 cups ginger ale
